We are a non-profit charity founded in honor of our son Bret who’s love and compassion for others has inspired us to raise funds in the hope of finding a cure against childhood brain cancer.
Benefiting The Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago towards clinical trial research for pediatric brain tumors
and also the SELF School of Porter County, IN.
The mission of the Bret Laczynski Brain Cancer Research Fund is to advance the understanding and treatment of brain tumors with the goals of improving, extending and, ultimately, saving the lives of those impacted by a brain tumor diagnosis. It is our hope and goal to raise as much money as possible to give back to those who have helped Bret and all of his family during his battle against cancer. We want to help further the cause of finding a cure for pediatric brain cancer, so no one has to endure the pain and suffering Bret did during the last nine and a half years of his life.
Two annual fund raising events: The “Love You More” Golf Outing is a fun day of golf with lots of prizes. The “Love You More” Benefit Dinner is a live and silent auction event with dinner & dancing.
Funds Raised Since 2012
Since the inception of our charity we are proud to say that we have raised over $310,000 in funds towards this great cause in Bret’s Honor. We couldn’t have done this without you! Thank You!
